Presentation of Research Support Services

The aim of this presentation is to make all research staff on both campuses (better) aware of the services we offer:

• Access to research-level documentary resources (publisher platforms, access facilitators, interlibrary loan...)
• Accompaniment and training in the use of bibliographic research and reference management tools
• Exploitation of bibliographic databases and extraction of publication lists
• Accompaniment with depositing in HAL and to the publication in open access
• Work on the quality of metadata and the completeness of the HAL record (particularly with a view to the HCERES)
• Accompaniment in the management of research data and codes (drafting of data management plans ; processing, storage, backup and archiving, opening when possible)
