For several years, the Centrale Lyon library has developed expertise in the interrogation and exploitation of bibliographic databases of scientific publications (Scopus, HAL...). Every year, it contributes to the census of Centrale Lyon's publications as part of international surveys or national indicators (IPERU), in conjunction with the Research Department.
These skills can also be made available to interested laboratories. They can, for example, meet the following needs:
- Assist in compiling, according to specific criteria, publication lists that meet evaluation (HCERES), analysis or steering needs.
- Assess the current state of publications in one or more bibliographic databases.
- Suggest ways of improving the way publications are listed in bibliographic databases.
- Implement barometer open science at laboratory level.
- Identify gaps in the reporting of publications in HAL and support their completion.
- Conduct metadata cleanup projects in HAL.
- Answering questions about the registration of publications in bibliographic databases.
