Google Scholar is Google's academic search engine that targets scientific publications (articles, conference papers, theses, patents...).
Among the publications it lists, some are in open access, and therefore freely accessible, and some are in paid access.
To find out, in the Google Scholar results list, whether Centrale Lyon subscribes to the corresponding journals or not, a quick Google Scholar setting is required. To do this, simply go to Google Scholar settings (three dashes at top left), then click on "Links to libraries" in the left-hand column and enter "Centrale Lyon" in the search bar. Then tick the line "Bibliothèque Ecole Centrale de Lyon" and save.
You will now see, in the list of search results, the mention "Accès Ecole Centrale Lyon" to the right of publications to which we subscribe. Clicking on this link will allow you to authenticate with your Centrale Lyon login/password and access the full text of the publication, both on and off campus:
