Techniques de l'ingénieur

The Techniques de l'Ingénieur database is an essential part of the engineering curriculum, offering technical and scientific documentary resources in French, but also in English for its so-called "reference" articles. 

Accessible content
In detail, the base offers: 
- 10,000 reference articles, 
- 1,000 practical fact sheets,
- 3,000 quizzes, which can be inserted into the articles themselves to make it easier to memorize the content,
- 20 practical courses,
- Conferences,
- White papers. 

Access to the content, available in pdf format and downloadable, is via a simple or advanced search (by domain, sector, dates, author, type of content...). Navigation is also possible via an "interactive map", which visually organizes the areas covered by the articles. 

Access methods for the Centrale Lyon community:
Access on or off campus via authentication from the Bibliothèque numérique.
