Annual update of the Centrale Lyon open science barometer

Published on 04 Feb. 2025
Since 2022, the Open Science Barometer has been a MESR initiative to measure the openness of research results at national and local level.

Since 2023, Ecole Centrale de Lyon has been rolling out the open science barometer on a school-wide scale to measure the openness of publications from the laboratories under its supervision. This barometer is updated each year with the addition of publications from the year n-2.

The new version of the barometer therefore covers Centrale Lyon publications over the period 2013-2023, and is broken down into several categories each comprising a set of graphs and indicators. It deals mainly with publications, with a set of general data, but also by discipline, publisher or open archive. Since last year, it has also included graphs on research data and codes in beta version.

You can find Centrale Lyon's open science barometer in the Researcher services section of the site, and the national barometer on the French open science barometer site.
