As part of the partnership between Institut Lyfe Executive Education, Institut Lyfe's Gourmets Cooking School and Centrale Lyon, several events around art, cooking and transition issues will be held on the Lyon-Écully campus until the end-of-year vacations.
From November 4, you can discover the exhibition "Towards a sustainable future: Culinary arts between heritage and innovation" in the Skylab showroom.
This exhibition, proposed by Chef Jean Philippon, Cheffe Salima Boutemtam and Chef Charles Liets; all three trainers at Institut Lyfe, presents through photos, videos and objects the evolution of culinary art from the 19th century to the present day.
To complement this exhibition, these three chef-trainers from Institut Lyfe will host a series of lectures and workshops during the lunch break:
- Tuesday, December 3, workshop: "Initiation to 'artistic' vegetable carving" by Jean Philippon
- Wednesday, December 4, lecture: "Histoire de la gastronomie et des arts de la table, et leurs interférences historo-sociales" by Jean Philippon
