Journal of Theoretical and Computational Acoustics

This journal features research papers in ocean acoustics (an active research topic related to sonar detection and the design of silent ships), seismo-acoustics (which concerns the science and engineering of earthquakes, as well as those involved in underground prospecting such as oil exploration), aeroacoustics (which includes the analysis of noise created by aircraft), computational methods, and supercomputing. In addition to traditional issues and problems related to computational methods, the journal also publishes articles on theoretical research in acoustics that lead to large-scale scientific calculations.
